RiverGate Mall Redevelopment Set to Transform Goodlettsville Landscape

The long-awaited transformation of RiverGate Mall in Goodlettsville is finally moving forward, with construction set to begin as soon as next month.

Developer Rivergate MP Holdings LLC will oversee the ambitious revitalization of roughly 56 acres, turning the aging retail center into a thriving mixed-use community.

The plans call for multi-family housing, retail shops, new restaurants, entertainment spaces, medical offices, and business hubs, aiming to re-energize a site that has struggled in recent years.

Major retailers Guitar Center, JCPenney, and Dillard’s will remain, with Guitar Center relocating within the complex as a stand-alone location.

Backed by city and county incentives, this redevelopment could restore millions in lost property tax revenue and attract new residents and businesses.

The community’s anticipation is high, with residents participating in the upcoming rebranding to give the area a fresh identity.

Goodlettsville is poised for a vibrant new era as the RiverGate Mall project breaks ground.
