About

Furst Place MMA is the only place to train mixed martial arts and Muay Thai kickboxing in Hendersonville, TN. Classes cover MMA, Muay Thai, and submission wrestling for every experience level, from people stepping onto the mats for the first time to fighters preparing to compete. The gym is run by Iron Mike, a Marine Corps infantry veteran with 10 years of training and coaching experience. The training is hard and it's meant to be. You'll get pushed, you'll sweat, and you'll leave sharper than you came in. New people are welcome and nobody expects you to be in shape on day one, that's what the training is for. Furst Place MMA trains inside Legion Jiu-Jitsu, serving Gallatin, Goodlettsville, and the greater Nashville area.
